Joy is a what we want most from life. Everything we do is designed in some way to bring us joy.
Joy is here, now. We go around doing and buying in order to get joy. But, we don’t have to wait for the weekend, for our vacation, or for retirement: we can have joy now!
Joy is our birthright. Joy came with the package – is the celebration of life.
Joy is a choice. We don’t have to wait for it to happen to us, to be bestowed upon us by others, or to win the lottery. We can simply claim it.
Joy changes the way we see work. When there’s joy at work, we come early and stay late.
Choosing joy changes the way we live. Just as we see the world differently from a place of joy, the world sees us differently as well.
Joy is contagious. Although misery does love company, joy cannot be contained. It must overflow into the world and forever find and multiply itself.
Joy may appear to come and go. Sometimes we forget to choose that which we want – that which we deserve. Joy can be restored in a moment.
